Manningham Mills Community Enterprise Hub

In partnership with Equality Together, Participate is supporting the development of a community enterprise space in the heart of Manningham, in the iconic Manningham Mills. With the aim that the space is eventually owned and operated by the community, for the benefit of the community – this project is providing a unique space where community enterprise ideas germinate, grow and flourish.

The Manningham Mills Hub currently comprises a community events venue, café, enterprise hub with hot-desking and a variety of spaces that can be rented by community enterprises for events, or longer term as offices and retail spaces.

We are excited to support new community enterprises to start and grow from the Hub.

Manningham Mills Community Taskforce

A group of local people are currently engaged through monthly meetings, workshops, enterprise coaching and learning exchanges to explore their own ideas for the local area and the community enterprise space within Manningham Mills.

The group is exploring options and learning from what similar community-led groups across the country have already achieved in similar spaces to the Mill.

Interested in joining the taskforce or learning more? Please reach out to us for more information.
