Organisation Details
Bradford Bandits BMX Club is a 100% volunteer run charity and West Yorkshire’s only active BMX racing club. They are a family-friendly club with a mission of promoting cycling to all ages and welcome riders of all abilities to make the sport more accessible. Their weekly sessions take place in Peel Park, Bradford and are open for all to partake in. They also host their own club, regional race meetings and club rides.
Project Details
Legal Support:
The charity have recently registered as a CIO and have proposed a lease from the council for their track at Peel Park. The council have sent a proposed agreement, however Bradford Bandits BMX Club are in need of some support in evaluating this. This is to assess for any legal or financial implications, potential risks, difficult obligations etc. Support needed:
- Assessing and evaluating proposed lease from the council – track on Peel Park.
Number of Volunteers
We are open to working with a wide range of volunteers who are able to help us with the project above.
