Date & Number of volunteers
This project will take place:
Friday 18th April 2025
We are looking to recruit up to 10 volunteers.
On-site support
On the day Participate will be providing a member of staff to support the volunteers. A trained first aider and first aid kit will be available during the challenge. A tools talk and health and safety briefing will be given by Participate at the beginning of the day.
Preparation
Volunteers will be undertaking painting activities and are required to wear old and reasonably robust clothing. This is a relatively low risk challenge and where personal protective equipment is required it will be provided. This will include latex free gloves to protect rings etc when painting. Please be aware if you are painting, you will get this on your clothing and will not wash out. Again we recommend wearing clothing you don’t mind spoiling. If volunteers wish to bring their own gloves they are welcome to do so.
Materials, tools and equipment
Tools and materials will be provided by Participate Projects.
