The Keighley Community Led Local Development (CLLD) scheme was part of a five year multi-million pound programme which was part-funded through European Structural and Investment Funds and Bradford Council.

POPI was started as a small volunteer run organisation; the need in Keighley meant they grew very quickly as an organisation. POPI supports families in Keighley with clothes and essentials for babies and children.
